Plays7k Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

For the purposes of this document, the terms below have the following meanings:

• "plays7k" refers to the online entertainment platform accessible at plays7k.net, operated by the company responsible for the brand.
• "Player" is any individual who has created an account on plays7k, is over 18 years of age, and is a resident of Brazil.
• "Account" is the individual profile created by the player upon registering on the platform, with an associated login, password, and personal details.
• "Balance" is the balance available in the player's account for use in bets and games, including real balance and bonus balance, each governed by separate rules.
• "Bonus" are promotional credits granted by plays7k subject to specific conditions described in each offer.
• "Terms" is this Terms and Conditions document in its most current version.
• "Services" refers to all features offered by plays7k, including online casino, Sports Betting, crash games, the VIP program, and support.

Plays7k operates in Brazil in compliance with applicable law and applies responsible gambling practices across all its operations. Access to the platform is conditional on full acceptance of these Terms.

To register and use plays7k's services, the player must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered under any other active account at plays7k;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a plays7k employee;
• Not having been previously banned or had your account closed for violation of these Terms.

The player is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and whenever requested for verification purposes. False information will result in immediate account closure with no right to any remaining balance.

Each player may hold only a single account at plays7k — linked to one CPF, one email address, and one mobile number. Creating multiple accounts, even with different details, constitutes fraud and is subject to the penalties described in section 10.

Plays7k may request identity verification at any time, and it is required before your first withdrawal is processed. The verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a regulatory and security requirement designed to protect players.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID: national ID card, driver's license, or passport;
• CPF or proof of CPF;
• Proof of residence showing the address on file, issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for withdrawals;
• Selfie with ID document for biometric confirmation, when requested.

The review period for submitted documents is up to 48 business hours. During this period, withdrawals may be suspended. plays7k reserves the right to request additional documents if deemed necessary to complete the verification.

Accounts with pending verification may have withdrawals blocked until the process is successfully completed. plays7k is not responsible for delays caused by documents that are illegible, incomplete, or inconsistent with the registered account details.

Plays7k accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to players in Brazil:

• Pix — credited within 30 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — valid at any Brazilian bank, cleared within 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards accepted;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit established, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

The player confirms that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be declined and the funds returned to the original account holder. plays7k does not accept cash payments.

Withdrawals are available to players with a verified account (KYC complete). The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys held by the registered player — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Processing times by method are:

• Pix — processed within 10 minutes for members with active verification. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 24 hours;
• TED — up to 1 business day after internal approval;
• Credit card — subject to the card issuer's processing time, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Before processing a withdrawal, plays7k may carry out an additional security check. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day for methods that depend on bank clearing.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance remaining after the applicable rollover requirements have been met can be converted to real funds and subsequently withdrawn. See section 6 for more details on bonuses.

Plays7k offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read and accepted before activation. This document covers the general principles applicable to all bonuses.

General bonus rules at plays7k:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per player (same CPF, same address, same device);
• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively for the first deposit of each new account;
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately. Bets draw from the real balance first;
• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (minimum wagering amount) that must be met before any withdrawal of funds originating from that bonus;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — any unused balance that is not moved within the allotted time is automatically cancelled;
• Plays7k reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated withdrawals if it identifies abusive use or exploitation of promotions.

The welcome bonus of up to R$ 2,000.00 is credited after the first minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 and is subject to rollover requirements detailed in the specific promotion terms available on the registration page. The VIP Program cashback, on the other hand, has no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately after it is credited — as described in section 9.

The plays7k Sports Betting section covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, UEFA Champions League, and much more), UFC and MMA, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, CBLOL, tennis, and over 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are final — they will not change after confirmation, regardless of any subsequent market fluctuations;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player, except in cases where the cash out feature is available and active for that specific bet;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an event, the specific refund rules vary by sport and market type — please refer to the sport-specific rules available on the platform;
• Plays7k may cancel bets and refund the staked amount in the event of clear pricing errors (odds that are obviously incorrect due to a technical fault);
• The cash out feature is available for selected live and pre-match bets. The cash out value is calculated dynamically based on current odds and may be less than the amount wagered;
• Parlay bets require all events to be settled correctly for the payout to be issued. For system bets, the rules vary depending on the type of system selected.

Plays7k reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on certain events or markets. Players who display systematic patterns of exploiting odds errors may have their bets cancelled and accounts reviewed.

All casino games available at plays7k — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live casino, and crash games such as Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and Plinko — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories.

For crash games that use Provably Fair technology, players can independently verify the integrity of each round by consulting the history available within the game itself. plays7k does not manipulate game results under any circumstances.

The following general rules apply to all casino games:

• The RTPs (return to player) published for each game are values calculated over millions of rounds — individual results may vary significantly;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round (connection drop, server error), affected bets are refunded to the player's balance;
• The use of automated software, bots, or external systems to play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games excluded from the conditions of that specific bonus will not count toward rollover requirements;
• Plays7k may remove or replace games on the platform without prior notice. Games under maintenance will be temporarily unavailable with no impact on player balances.

The plays7k VIP Program rewards loyal players with weekly cashback and no rollover requirements. Participation is automatic for all registered players — no separate sign-up needed.

VIP point accumulation rules:

• Sports Betting: each R$ 12.00 wagered generate 1 VIP point;
• Crash games: each R$ 10.00 wagered generate 1 VIP point;
• Slots and casino: each R$ 10.00 wagered generate 1 VIP point;
• Live Casino: each R$ 15.00 wagered generate 1 VIP point.

The VIP Program tiers and their benefits are:

• Bronze — 3% weekly cashback on net wagers;
• Silver — 6% weekly cashback;
• Gold — 10% weekly cashback, plus priority withdrawals;
• Platinum — 15% weekly cashback, dedicated account manager;
• Diamond — 20% weekly cashback, exclusive personalized benefits.

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited every Sunday, becoming available for use or withdrawal on Monday. VIP Program cashback has no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately via Pix after crediting. Bets placed with bonus funds (other than VIP cashback) do not count toward VIP point accumulation.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on plays7k and will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of balances, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts), regardless of the details used;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with games automatically;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or platform glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Any form of fraud, including unauthorized chargebacks after the corresponding balance has been used;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Sharing account access with third parties or granting access in exchange for any form of compensation;
• Platform access by a person under 18, including with the account holder's consent or tolerance;
• Systematic abuse of promotions or coordinated use among multiple players to exploit bonuses;
• Any conduct that negatively affects other players' experience or the technical integrity of the platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting plays7k support via live chat or at contato@plays7k.net. Any real balance available in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player after verification — bonus balances with unmet rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Plays7k may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player for responsible gambling reasons;
• Extended inactivity (account with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months);
• A regulatory or judicial decision requiring plays7k to terminate the player's access.

In the event of closure due to inactivity, the player will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Real balances in accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months without any activity may be subject to the treatment provided under Brazilian legislation on unclaimed funds.

Plays7k is committed to responsible gambling and offers the following tools directly within each player's account settings — no support ticket required:

• Deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly, set by the player themselves;
• Session time limit — automatic alert when the set time is reached;
• Bet limit — maximum stake per individual bet, configurable by the player;
• Temporary self-exclusion — access block from 24 hours up to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the player's request, with no possibility of reversal.

Access to the platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. plays7k uses age verification systems and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to confirm a player's legal age.

Plays7k is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (internet providers, payment services, game suppliers);
• Betting decisions made by the player based on information obtained outside the official platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the player's account caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Odds changes on pre-match bets that the player chose not to confirm before the change took effect;
• Financial losses resulting from the player's gambling activity, which are inherent to the nature of the service.

Plays7k's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the balance available in the player's account at the time of the incident in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of plays7k.

Plays7k may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, its services, or its internal policies. All material changes will be communicated to players with at least 7 days' notice by email or in-platform notification.

The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this document. Once a new version takes effect, continued use of the platform will be considered tacit acceptance of the changes. If a player does not agree with the new terms, they must request account closure before the effective date.
